| Kenneth Thomas joined Hamilton Engineering, Inc. in April 2008, prior to that he was CFO of Stratum Holdings, Inc., a public staffing company with subsidiaries in engineering and construction. He began his career with Conoco in 1969 after receiving a B. S. degree. He joined the predecessor of Union Pacific Petroleum in 1972 and received an M.B.A. in finance from Texas Christian University in 1973 and became a C.P.A. in Texas in 1974. He has worked for various oil and gas exploration, refining, marketing and pipeline companies since then and held various financial management positions with those companies. His most recent position prior to Stratum Holdings, Inc. was V.P. and Controller of Panaco, Inc. a public oil and gas company based in Houston.
